Abstract

In this study the authors conducted research on the control of actuator devices on automatic car washers based on relays and plc. Because at this time the car consumers more and more uncontrolled but it is not offset by care for mobil.customnya about car body care. Due to busy people nowadays so do not have time to do maintenance for body mobil.dan this causes corrosion which usually occurs due to less clean body car. The purpose of this research is to create automated car washers based on relays and plc with more time-saving advantages in washing and also in the use of more efficient soaps and water. Designing the actuator here is to use plc and relays as the brain of this automated tool car wash and assisted by the presence of 2 pieces of infrared sensors as a trigger and gauge length and width of the car to be washed. And the sequence of the step is water, soap, water, wind from the compressor for the final step step as a dryer.For the discharge of materials in order to sequence and not mixed with each other then here used solenoid valve to divide between materials to wash the car.
