Abstract

The development of technology in the present has been a lot of emerging various service providers such as umrah system of merdeka on payten application artificial pt. an international sentosa verdict that makes it easy for people to go to Umrah. The practice of this service is from the company to provide ease to travel Umrah for pilgrims with a way to set booking booking seat of Rp. 3.500.000 (three million five hundred thousand rupiah), and the shortage of pilgrims can pay by sponsoring other partners who want to take umrah, from sponsoring other partners, umrah participants who become sponsors will get a point treni unit (PUT) of 1000 PUT plus Rp.700.000 (seven hundred thousand rupiah) for the paid booking seat and 2000 PUT plus Rp. 415.000 (four hundred and fifteen thousand) for the unpaid booking seat, if the sponsoring participant can collect a point of 93000 (PUT) will get kanumrah for free. This study aims to find out how the review of Islamic law against the system of umrah independence on the application of payten artificial Pt. Veritra Sentosa International, is it compatible with muamalah law in Islam. The type of this research is field research by using descriptive approach, that is research which aims to adjust between postulancy with financing system of umrah merdeka on payten application made by Pt. Veritra Sentosa International so as to produce the law in question. In collecting this research data using interview method, quisionaredan documentation. In this study the researchers analyzed The analysis of the methods undertaken is to see the general arguments relating to the Overview of Islamic Law Against Multiakad About Umrah Financing System Umrah Merdeka Financing System According to Hambaliyah Ulema And Syafi'iyah (Case Study of Artificial Paytren Application Pt. Veritra Sentosa International In Surakarta). so the announcement can be specifically proof. From the research that has been done obtained the following results, the system of umrah independence on the application of payments artificial Pt. Veritra Sentosa International is valid according to Islamic legal analysis, because it is in accordance with the opinions of the scholars who allow multiakad, because it is spared from the prohibited multiakad such as gharar, riba> and two contracts in a banned transaction.
