Abstract
The aims of this research is to describe the development model of socialization of the values of the fourth principle by using the method of Active Debate and Discussion strategy at the Young Association of hamlet Babad, Kradenan Village Trucuk Subdistrict, Klaten Regency. Describe the increased understanding of deliberations of members of the Young Association in Hamlet Babad, Kradenan Village Trucuk Subdistrict, Klaten Distric. The data were collected through informants, places and events of the socialization model of Pancasila fourth principle. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use flow. This socialization development model consists of planning, trial, evaluation, repair and model improvement. The results of this study indicate that the understanding of members of the Young Association regarding deliberation in Hamlet Babad, Kradenan Village, Trucuk Sub-district, Klaten District before the pilot test of 10 people (23%). After testing the model is through the model of socialization of the values of the fourth principles of Pancasila using the Strategy of Active Debate and Discussion. Trial I increased to 25 participants (58%) and model II trials increased to 38 (88%) of the 43 members of the Young Association.
