Abstract

Background :. Health services including physiotherapy sites are one form of health care facilities that can be administered by the government and the private sector. Therefore, where physiotherapy needs to be formulated marketing programs so that the product gets a response from the target market and programs that can be controlled by the organization is called the marketing mix or the 4P principle (Product, Price, Promotion and Location). This can affect customer loyalty. Objective: This study was conducted to determine the effect of 4P (product, price, promotion, place) on patient loyalty at Physiotherapy Clinic "Physiotherapy-Physiotherapy Clinic & Physio Suport" Ngawi. Research Benefits: Gives feedback to the managerial to find out whether the marketing program that has been made effective and targeted and as a basis for knowing the loyalty of patients for services at the clinic physiotherapy. Methods: Type of quantitative research using cross sectional design. Sampling technique using purposive sampling, that is as much as 100 respondents. Measurement tool using questionnaire. The statistical test used is by regression analysis and t test. Research Result: Statistically there is influence of 4P application on product to patient loyalty in Physiotherapy Clinic "Physio Suport" Ngawi (p-value = 0,006); There is an effect of 4P on pricing on patient loyalty at the Physiotherapy Physio Suport Ngawi Clinic (p-value = 0.004); There is an effect of 4P implementation on promotion of patient loyalty in "Physio Suport" Ngawi Physiotherapy Clinic (p-value = 0,022); There is an effect of 4P on location implementation on patient loyalty at "Physio Suport" Ngawi Physiotherapy Clinic (p-value = 0,000). Conclusion: There is a positive influence of the application of 4P (product, price, promotion, place) to patient loyalty in Physiotherapy Clinic "Physiotherapy-Physiotherapy & Physiotherapy Clinic" Ngawi.
