Abstract

The strength of a company lies not only in technology nor its source of funds, but also in its human resources. This means it can be said that the success of a company depends on the ability of human resources to move toward the achievement of the goals that have been set. The purpose of this study to analyze the effects of compensation, motivation and work environment on employee performance. Population in thus research is employee PT. Somatek. Sampling method is a saturated samples technique. The number of sample used is 58 people. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression with SPSS tool. The results of this study indicate that compensation, motivation and work environment affect the performance of employees PT. Somatek.
