Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect of reward and punishment for high-grade student interest in SD Negeri 1 Ngemplak the academic year 2015/2016. The sample population studied were all students of upper class (IV, V, VI) State 1 Ngemplak. collecting data in this study using questionnaires and documentation techniques as a source of research. To test instrument to test the validity and reliability testing. Then do the prerequisite test analysis including normality test and reliability test. Data analysis technique of this research is to test multiple linear hypothesis testing using t test and F. Based on the calculation hypothesis test or t test obtained t count X1> t table is 3.196> 1.669 and X2 t count> t table, 0.827> 1.669. In the F test obtained F count> F table, is 9,732> 3.35. Thus, from this study it can be concluded that there are significant reward and punishment for high-grade student interest in SD Negeri 1 Ngemplak. The results showed that the models used to explain the variable worthy of interest in learning and in partial reward a significant influence on the interest in learning.
