Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets to stock prices at ritail companies listed on the Stock Exchange 2012-2015. The data used in this research is 84 data. Sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. Data analysis method used is classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis test with t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2). The findings show that both partially current ratio, and return on asset have significant effect to stock price while debt to equity ratio has no significant effect to stock price. Simultaneously, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on asset have significant effect to stock price.
