Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim to analyze the significance of the influence of work environment, motivation and leadership as well as partial and simultaneously against the performance of Police officer teachers' Praja Karanganyar Regency. This study used a survey method, the type of data the data used was qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used the primary data and secondary data. The population in this research is all the employees in a unit of Police teachers ' Praja Karanganyar Regency that is as much as 205 people. The number of samples in the study as many as 50 people, sampling techniques using proportional cluster random sampling. Methods of data collection were used: questionnaire and documentation. Technique of data analysis used the test of validity, reliability test, test the assumptions of classical, and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results obtained conclusions that: 1) there is a significant influence of work environment on performance clerk Police teachers ' Praja Karanganyar Regency. 2) there are significant effects of motivation on performance Unit Police officer teachers ' Praja Karanganyar Regency. 3) there is a significant influence on performance Leadership officers Police teachers' Praja Karanganyar Regency. 4) there is a significant influence on the work environment, leadership and motivation are simultaneously on performance clerk Police teachers' Praja Karanganyar Regency
