Abstract

The increase of the population continues to grow, it will increase the demand for land. The increased of need for land that is not offset with the amount of land available will generate competition in land use is mainly for land housing and industry. Land housing and industries continued to increase resulting in the existence of land degradation mainly paddy fields, so the need for an evaluation of referral based on the provisions made by the local government. This research aims to know the distribution of land housings and current industry and evaluating the suitability of the sprawl against RDTR. The data used in this research in the form of primary and secondary data obtained from the relevant agencies. Sampling is performed using the method of purposive sampling. The analysis of the results of research using the method of the analysis of the image interpretation and analysis of qualitative GIS. The results showed that the location of the distribution of land housing and industry are more in the area that are on the road or arterial road collectors. The village with the highest housing land is the village of Klepu with an area of 96.21 ha of land and for the industry in the village with an area of 76.46 ha in Ceper. The result of the suitability of the location of land housings and existing industry towards RDTR showed that land housings and industries that awakens this time 85% is in compliance with the directives provision on RDTR, while 15% is not appropriate. The village with the highest class of appropriate land is Ngawonggo Village with an area of 116.03 ha, while the village with the highest class is not appropriate is a village with an area of 47.59 ha in Tegalrejo.
