Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the dimensions of affiliate motivation to entrepreneurship career interest in the undergraduate students of Faculty of Economics and Business Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. This type of research is a quantitative research. The sample of this study is a student of Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta as many as 158 students with sampling technique Convenience sampling. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis technique used analysis of data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression. Based on the result of calculation from t test, F test shows social comparison variable, attention, and emotional support together have significant influence to entrepreneur interest. While positive stimulation has no significant effect on entrepreneur interest. Coefficient of Determination R2 obtained result of 0,309 mean that variable of social comparison, attention, emotional support, and positive stimulation able to explain to variation of entrepreneur interest variable change equal to 30,9%, the rest can be explained other variable not found in research model.
