Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that job performance the employee at PD. BPR-BKK of Wonogiri Regency. Factors analized in this research are payroll system, leadership, and the organization culture.This research uses quantitative method wiht primary data by questionnaire. Population of this research is employees PD. BPR-BKK of Wonogiri Regency. Sum samples are respondents. Sampling was done by using conveniance non random sampling method. The analysis method of this research used multiple linear regression analisys.Base on analysis data result conclussion (1) variable payroll system is significant influences to job performance that shows by significant value is 0,013<p-value so H1 receive, (2)The leadership vaeriable is significant influences to job performance that shows by significant value is 0,021<p-value so H2 receive.(3) The culture of organization variable is significant influences to job performance that shows by significant value is 0,013<p-value so H3 receive
