Abstract

Surakarta is a city located on the island of Java, precisely located in the province of Central Java. One of the things that must be provided by the city of Surakarta to develop the facilities and infrastructure as a form of competence in order to advance the assets in the field of tourism and regional culture is the hotel development program as a support facility for tourists who will stop for overnight in Surakarta. In structural design refers to SNI 1726-1012 (Method of Earthquake Dessign for Building Structure and Non Structure) and SNI 2847-2013 (Structural Concrete Requirements for Building Design). Structures for foundation, sloof, columns, beams, staircases, roof slab and floor slab. Design data includes classification of soil Intermediate category, earthquake resistant building with response modification factor (R) of 5.Impability factor of building Ie 1.0. Concrete Comprase used f'c 25 MPa, and longitudinal reinforcement fy 350 MPa and reinforced shear fyt = 350 MPa. To calculate forces using SAP2000 applications and to draw calculation results using AutoCad program. Analyse resorce 12cm thick slab floor, 10cm & 15cm roof slab. The main structure of the beam use dimensions 450/650 and 500/600 columns, The bottom structure using a pile foundation with a depth of 12m with 2.5m x 2.5m of footplate dimension.
