Abstract

This thesis discusses the member's perception of the law for the results of mudarabah financing in the Multipurpose Cooperative of Syariah An Nur with the aim to find out how the members' perception of the law for the results of mudarabah financing on the Multifarious Cooperative Cooperative An Nur Tawangsari and how the member's perception of the law for the results of mudarabah financing . The type of this research is field research by using descriptive approach, that is research which aims to adjust between argument with member's perception to law for result of financing of mudarabah so as to produce the law in question. In collecting data of this research use method of interview, documentation and observation. In this study the researchers analyze the data obtained by way of descriptive analysis that describes the state or a phenomenon with words or sentences, then obtained a conclusion. From the research that has been done the following results obtained, that the member's perception of the law of profit sharing Mudarabah Financing on Multifarious Cooperatives An Nur Tawangsari states the share of mudarabah financing made by the cooperative all-round sharia business an nur not in accordance with the system of calculation of financing results according to Islamic law. This is because the way the profit sharing done by the Multipurpose Business Cooperative An Nur using the profit sharing from the percentage of financing proposed by members not from the percentage of profits derived from the business members.
