Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational culture, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Kusuma Nanda Putra Pedan. In this study the authors have a goal to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the influence of motivation on employee performance and the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. In this test sampling with random sampling technique, data types and data sources used in this study by using primary data obtained from respondents' answers in the form of filling questionnaires from employees of PT. Kusuma Nanda Putra Pedan. The test instrument used to test feasible whether or not a question is Test Validity and Test Reliability. For the data analysis method used in this study, the authors use multiple analysis and F test and t test show that (1) The existence of positive relation and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance with significance value equal to 0,024 <0,05. (2) The existence of positive relationship and significant motivation to employee performance with significance value of 0,019 <0,05. (3) The existence of positive relationship and significant influence Job satisfaction on employee performance with significance value of 0,017 <0,05. (4) The existence of positive relationship and significant influence organizational culture, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance with significance value equal to 0,000 <0,05. So the results of this study can be concluded that employees of PT. Kusuma Nanda Putra requires organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction to improve employee performance.
