Abstract

The problem of this study is how to manage the problem financingon murābaḥah financial in BMT Nur Insan Mandiri which is based on Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesa . Meanwhile, the purpose of this study is for knowing how BMT Nur Insan Mandiri handle the problem financingbased on Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia. In order to reach the goal, the researcher use field research with collecting data method like interview, documentation, and observation.The resource of data is BMT Nur Insan Mandiri. The data analysis is done by using descriptive evaluative method. From the research’s results, it is obtained that the cause of troubled financing can come from the costomer and BMT itself. The strategy of settlement of murābaḥah problem which is done by BMT Nur Insan Mandiri, include: a. Remind, b. Rescheduling, c. Reconditioning, d. Confiscation of guarantee, e.
