Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe how is the learning management of Religion Education in Islamic Junior High School (SMPIT) Nurul Islam Tengaran as a Descriptive Study Analysis of the Boarding School System, and the particular goals are: 1) to describe how is curriculum management and Islamic Religion of Education in the Nuris Junior High School Tengaran, 2) to describe how is the curriculum management and Islamic Religion of Education in the Boarding of SMPIT Nuris Tengaran. This is a descriptive qualitative research, with purpose to describe a condition or real phenomenon, with study case design. The location of this research in Nurul Islam Junior High School Tengaran. The instrument of this research is the researcher himself. The data of this research is a qualitative data. The sources of the data are teachers, employees, or student’s interview and other relevance document. The data collection is done by observation, in depth interview, and documentation. The interview is unstandard interview, with free question in analyzing data, the researcher organizes the data, explain to units, doing synthesa, arranging to the outline, closing the important name to be learn, and making conclusion. In getting data validity, the method used is data triangulasi collecting data technique and time and review informan. Boarding school will be more efficient and cleariy responsible if the school management and boarding school is separated. Boarding school management aims to increase students service and it is done with local wisdom approaching also Islamic leadership. Curriculum management add plus learning curriculum with Islamic content and it is done consistenly with active learning, also a attention to students intelligent based on MIR (Multiple Intelligence Research) test. Student management is more effective by invowing all the students to good character and character building by habit. Boarding management done with responsibility and affection to help in caring students difficulties, helping the students to learn and grow with discipline and religious.
