Abstract

Sukoharjo is one of the developing cities currently in Central Java Province. It is demanding to increase infrastructure development in the city, where there are many potential potencies such as education. Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, as one of the education centers in the city, it is required to improve facilities and infrastructure to support the world of education. This Final Project aims to produce a 4-storey lecture building with a regular moment frame system (SPRMB) in Sukoharjo area. The planning of this lecture building refers to the latest Indonesian National Standard (SNI) regulations, namely SNI 1726.2012, SNI 2847.2013, and SNI1727.20013. The planning of this 4 floor lecture building includes columns, beams, plates, stairs, sloof, foundation. Location of building located in Pabelan, with classification of medium land site (SD) with response modification factor (R) = 3, building security factor (Ic) = 1.5. Using concrete quality (f'c) = 25 MPa, longitudinal reinforcement quality (fy) = 350 MPa and shear reinforcement (fyt) = 240 MPa. Planning results obtained 100 mm thick roof plate, 120 mm floor plate, 300/500 mm main beam, 250/350 mm child beam, and 500/500 mm sized column. The bottom structure uses a pile of 18,000 mm in diameter using a 300/300 mm dimension, with a dimensionless pooer (750x1750x650) mm.
