Abstract
This research aim to know influence of fee and incentive to employees performance in PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile. This research use data collecting method by propagating the questioner. Population and sample which is used in this research is employees performance in PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile counted 30 responder. Hypothesis examination in this research use analyzer validity test, reliabilities test, classic assumption test, doubled linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determinacy (R 2 ). Result of research indicates that there is positive significant influence of fee and incentive by partial to the employees performance. There is influence of fee and incentive by together to the employees performance. Result of the examination coefficient of determinacy (R 2 ) indicating they are fee and incentive can explain variability the employees performance. Keyword: Fee, Incentive and Employees Performance
