Abstract

Hypertension can be the cause or consequence of chronic renal failure and is a risk factor for the development of faster renal impairment. A drop in blood pressure is an efficient way to prevent or slow the progression of this damage. The purpose of this study to evaluate the accuracy of selection of anti-hypertensive drugs include precise, precise, precise and appropriate doses of patients with chronic renal failure who underwent treatment at Dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri in 2015. Retrieval of data using retrospective method by looking at patient medical record data. The patient sample was taken by purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed descriptively non-experimental by evaluating the accuracy of anti hypertension treatment including precise, precise patient, precise and exact dosage which was then adjusted with reference to guideline Joint National Comittee (JNC) VIII 2014, British National Formulary (BNF), Kidney Disease Improving Global Outcomes (KDIGO) 2013, The Journal of Drug Dosing and Renal Failure 2000 and presented with a percentage. Of the 50 research subjects obtained the results of the use of anti-hypertensive drugs ie single drug used is furosemide 14%, amlodipin 2%, and the most widely used combination drug is furosemid + amlodipin 20% and furosemid + amlodipin + irbesartan 14%. The results of the evaluation of the accuracy of the use of anti-hypertensive drugs in patients with chronic renal failure with hypertensive are 100% precise indication, 100% precise patient, 86% precise medication, 58% precise dose and 54% precise dose at hemodialysis.
