Abstract

This research aims to describe: (1) supervison of academic planning at MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura; (2) the implementation of academic supervison at MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura; (3) evaluation of academic supervision at MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura; (4) detmiation of el implementation of academic supervison at MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura at this research is qualive research with design research Ethnography. Interviewees in this study was principal, vice principal, and teacher at MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura. The technique of data collection is done using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the analysis of interactive models, that is, through data collection, data reduction, data and cereal drawdown conclusion. Thetest data by using the technique of triangulation of sources. The results of this research are: 1) the planning of academic supervision at MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura carried out preparation of the instrument and setting up a joint schedule; 2) implementation of academic supervision established through two techniques namely individual and group techniques; 3) evaluation of academic supervision at MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura debt held by identifiying the observations at the time of observation, analysis the resulth of supervision, evaluate shared between supervisors with teachers, and make note of the results of supervision that is docomented as the report; 4) academic supervision Model MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura using clinical supervision models.
