Abstract
The research of this fibers particles is aimed to find out how big metal element, tensile strength, elongation break, and tear strength of specimen to fiber mesh particles 100 by using rubber matrix with variation of composition 10 phr, 15 phr, 20 phr, The initial process of making specimens by preparing tools such as: press tools, blenders, hammers, stone mortars. And materials such as fiber fibers, concentrated latex with 60% dry rubber content, ZDEC, Ionol, Zno, Sulfur, Darvan, Carbon Black. Ijuk is used as filler material. Fiber fibers done washing process, drying, then pressed, pounded, blender, and filtering using mesh 100 to become fiber powder. The chemical dispersion process is carried out for 24 hours. Mixing the specimen material using a glass, stirring for 10 minutes. And poured into the mold. Vulcanization using open that is heated for 1 1/2 hours with a temperature of 80º, The results of x-ray test concluded that the highest value of Zn metal element in the composition of ijuk 10 phr with the value of 3.192% and the lowest on the composition of 20 phr fibers with a value of 2.403%. The highest value of Ti metal element on the composition of ph. Phr fiber with a value of 0.411% and the lowest on the composition of 20 phr fibers with a value of 0.292%. For the element of Fe metal the highest value on the composition of 20 phr fibers with value of 1.002% and the lowest value on the composition of 15 phr fibers with a value of 0.486%. Tensile strength test results in the largest tensile strength on the composition of 20 phr fibers with the value of 4.50 N / mm^2and the smallest On the composition of 10 phr fibers with a value of 2.00 N / mm^2. The largest breakdown elongation test was obtained on the composition of 20 phr fibers with the value of 569.33% and the smallest in the composition of 10 phr fibers with a value of 308%. The largest tear strength test was produced on the 20 phr fibers composition with a value of 8.39 N / mm^2and the smallest on the 15 phr fibers composition with a value of 5.94 N / mm^2.
