Abstract

The increase of PLN consumers in Klaten district has an impact on the consumption of electrical energy. Efforts to provide electrical energy is needed to become the availability of supply electrical energy. Therefore, the approximation of electric energy needs should be resolved with consumers are growing in Klaten district. The data used in this research by searching data of population, customers, electrical energy consumption and connected power from PLN klaten area and Central Bureau of Statistics Klaten District. To form the estimation of equation on electric energy consumption used linear regression method for projection of demand and supply of electric energy, based on result obtained by prediction of electric energy consumption in 2017 equal to 1,289,248,359,8 kWh, 2018 1,366,806,864,88 kWh, 2019 Of 1,444,365,369.97 kWh, 2020 of 1,521,923,875.05 kWh, by 2021 of 1,599,482,380.14 kWh, by 2022 by 1,677,040,885.22 kWh, by 2023 by 1,754,599,390.31 kWh, by 2024 Of 1,832,157,895.4 kWh, by 2025 of 1,909,716,400.48 kWh, by 2026 by 1,987,274,905.48 kWh. From the calculation data of klaten district electrical consumption in 2017-2026 showing an increase in the number of consumption of electrical energy, with an average increase in electrical consumption is 5.15%.
