Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) to the value of case study companies in banks listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2013-2015. Financial Performance Variables measured using reports Finance, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) variables are measured using the GSI index, while the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) variable is divided into two: managerial ownership and institutional ownership, as well as firm value variables measured by Tobin's Q index. The population of this study was taken from the bank companies listed on the BEI in 2013 - 2015. Sampling technique used is random sampling with purposive sampling method. Sample amounted to 14 companies listed on the IDX Bank of 2013 - 2015. Data analysis using multiple regression. The result of this research shows that the variable of financial performance have a positive effect to company value, while the variable of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) do not have positive influence to company value.
