Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1) To determine the effect of teacher's teaching skills on learning outcomes in Economics subjects at National Madrasah Aliyah Purwodadi. 2) To know the influence of the way students learn on the results of learning on economic subjects at National Madrasah Aliyah Purwodadi. 3) To know the influence of teacher's teaching skills and how to learn students on student learning outcomes on economic subjects at National Madrasah Aliyah Purwodadi. This research includes the type of quantitative descriptive research with the conclusion through statistical methods. Population in this research is all student of class XI IPS National Madrasah Aliyah Purwodadi. The sample taken as many as 110 students with proportional sampling. Required data is obtained through questionnaire and documentation. Questionnaire previously tested and tested validity and tested reliability. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and relative and effective contribution. The result of regression analysis obtained regression line equation: Y = 31,069 + 0,350 X1 + 0,263 X2. Equations show that learning outcomes are influenced by teacher's teaching skills and student learning. The conclusions are: 1) Teacher's teaching skill on learning result on Economics subject at National Madrasah Aliyah Purwodadi is acceptable. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test) known that thitung> ttabel, 7,928> 2,000 and significance value <0,05, that is 0.000 with relative contribution equal to 86% and effective contribution 36,9%. 2) The way students learn about learning outcomes on economic subjects at MAN Purwodadi is acceptable. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test) known that t count> ttable, that is 2,643> 2,000 and significance value <0,05, that is 0.000 with relative contribution equal to 14% and effective contribution 6%. 3) Teacher's teaching skill and student's learning to student's learning result on economic subject at National Madrasah Aliyah Purwodadi can be accepted. This is based on analysis of double linear regression variance (F test) known that Fcount> Ftable, that is 40,178> 3,150 and significance value <0,05, that is 0.000. 4) The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.429 indicates that the influence of teacher's teaching skill and student's learning to student's learning outcomes on economic subjects at National Madrasah Aliyah Purwodadi is 42,9%, while the rest is influenced by other variables.
