Abstract

CV. Yuasa Food is a medium-sized manufacturing company engaged in the production of food and beverage processing such as mushroom chips, carica in syrup or candied carica fruit, etc. The process of candied fruit production carica still done manually. Work done manually with bad posture and performing the same movements repeatedly can cause musculosketal complaints such as achiness, muscle and bone pain. Injuries that occur in employees not only caused by physical but also in terms of mental employees. Based on the problem tersbut it is necessary to do research that aims to identify the complaints felt by workers, the risk of work posture, and mental workload on employees. QEC method is a method used to determine the level of work risk associated with muscle disorders during work on the work station. The NBM questionnaire is used to find out what complaints the operator feels when working. The NASA-TLX method is a multidimensional rating method that can measure the overall workload based on the average weight of 6 subscales. Result of analysis with QEC method hence can be known that result of total score at stripping work station, cutting, filler and finishing included in action level 3 category and work station making of syrup included in action level category 4. It shows that done action in near future And right now. Identification of MSDs complaints of NBM questionnaires obtained results on 5 workstations of body parts that many experienced pain complaints on the back, waist, neck, upper right arm, calf, shoulder, wrist, buttocks and legs. The result of NASA-TLX method analysis can be seen that at 5 work stations have WWL score of 57, 60, 71,69, 60 in medium and high category.
