Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of law enforcement performance starts from the police, prosecutors and judges. This research includes empirical juridical. Research conducted in Sukoharjo District Court. Source data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques using techniques qualitative. The results showed that: First, the process of the settlement in a criminal act of abortion is based on the Criminal Procedure Code by observing the flow ranging from investigation, prosecution, investigation at the trial, the prosecution, plea, replik, duplik. Second, the judge considered the public prosecutor can not prove whether the drugs given to victims of the death of an effect can make the content of the victim or not. Third, the observation and then analyzed automatically viewable Police and Attorney institute a weak point in the law enforcement process the case. Because the Public Prosecutor less careful in determining the full investigative files.
