Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve students learn activity by Inductive approach. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subject that receive the action is grade VIIC of Muhammadiyah Junior Higt School 5 of Surakarta.the number of students of grade VIIC are 31 students. The data collection techniques are observation, field note, interviewand documentation. Based on the research analysis it can be conclude that the application of Inductive approach can improve the learn activity of student grade VIIC. It can be seen from the increase in the percentage of the indicators of learn activity, namely 1)Courage students put forward opinions from 12,90% increase to 87,09%, 2) students do the questions in front the class from 16,12% increase to 77,41%, and 3)the activity of students doing the task of the teacher from 12,90% increase to 70,96%. It can be concluded that by applying Inductive approach can improve of of students’ learn activity. Keywords: students learn activity, Inductive approach
