Abstract
This study aims to: (1) analyzing teacher perception of the approach of rendering in 2013 curriculum in SDN 03 Sewurejo district of mojogedang. (2) know the implementation of the scientific approach learning in low classes in 2013 at SDN 03 Sewurejo district of Mojogedang (3) Find teacher obstacles and how the teacher's solution in implementing scientific approach in low class at curriculum 2013 at SDN 03 Sewurejo district of Mojogedang. The type of this research is qualitative research. The research sites were conducted at SDN 03 Sewurejo in November 2016 - April 2017. Data collection through observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman model. Data validity using source triangulation technique. The results of the study concluded: (1) teacher perception of the approach of rendering in 2013 curriculum the planning learning adopting rendering in the class low the theme 3, study syllabus, study book teachers, study the annual program, study program of the first half composing lesson plans and make media learning with outline step activities scientific approach. (2) Presentation weighting scientific approach includes activities of learning with the scientific approach; observe, each other try, will and make network on class low the theme 3 was already carried out by teachers in learning in sort, in the process of learning thematic. As for scientific approach that often arose namely observe, and difficult appear in learning the one another. (3) Obstacles found is a solution teachers in implementing scientific approach in the lower classes. The solution the teacher use assessment autentik to judge competence attitude knowledge and student skills in doing activities observe, each other try, will and make network.
