Abstract

Teachers are the most important factor in learning. A teacher must master the four competencies includes pedagogical competence, personal competence, social competence and professional competence. PCK (Paedagogical Content Knowledge) is the knowledge that must be understood by a teacher. PCK concept is the forerunner of the TPACK concept in this research. The purpose of this research was to determine the TPACK capability of 7th grade science teacher Muhammadiyah high school in Surakarta arranging the lesson plan 2016/2017 academic year. The research is a descriptive .The sampling technique is purposive sampling study by taking three lesson plan from each teacher. Based on the research that has been done the TPACK capability of 7th grade high school Surakarta is good enough category (CB) with a percentage of 55,16%.
