Abstract

This studies concentrate to the chosen of Syaikh Muhammad bin Shalih Utsaimin which include in his boundary studies and compare between Mazhab syafii. And focus this search for seeking investigation to tackle out his view of display regarding some of aspects and ramification of Syaikh Muhammad bin Shalih binUtsaimin in his understanding boundary books which saying within his chosen from book of explanation through the opinion one of the book Riyadh al-Saliheen which dedicated the comment through the book of Shariah policy in reforming the shepherd and the parish and book of open the majesty and honor by explaining the attainment of Al-Maram. All this dedication within their books contributed by comparisons from the opinion of al Shafii Mazhab and his boundary analyses notification from the five books his Mazhab. Kitāb al-Umm , kitab Al-muhtaaj, Kitab al hawi Alkabir, Kitab Al-muhazab The polite in the jurisprudence of Imam Shafi'i , Kitab Rawdaa Al-talibeen a book written by Imam al- Nawawi explanation of the short book in the jurisprudence of Imam al-Shafi'i . And the method of this studies research is focus on offices including inductively and constructive within comparison of researcher view and his method of understanding which the researcher process way to collecting information related in issues of boundary through mention it by books of Syaikh Muhammad bin Shalih bin Utsaimin which include in his boundary studies and compare between Mazhab syafii. Finally the researcher tried to finger out his evidence and testimony of studies then compared each utterance between tow side of evidence and dissidence. The finding of this research depend on evidence which taken by Syaikh Muhammad bin Shalih bin Utsaimin in each issue related correctly proof and substation through his vindication, if there tackle him any differences question from the Mazhab Hanbali or scholars as general leading him to back in the right evidence within the references of book. There are difference question in state of his understanding in any disagreement or controversy of scholars contradict question. In this studies Syaikh Muhammad bin Shalih bin Utsaimin acquire in fourteen question and be at odds with Shafii Mazhab which related with in his studies, in case of cutting hand after the one who steal, so looking mitigation procedure to decreasing rule of judges decision.
