Abstract

This study entitled "Poverty Rate Analysis in Central Java Province Year 2011-2015". This study aims to analyze and know how big the influence of GRDP, Population, HDI, Unemployment, and Inflation on Poverty Level in Central Java Province in 2011-2015. The analysis tool uses panel data regression. The Data Panel is a composite of cross-sections covering 35 districts / cities in Central Java Province. And time series for five years. The results show that Fixed Effect Method (FEM) is the best panel data regression model. Based on the analysis results found that HDI has no significant effect on Poverty Rate. GRDP and Inflation have a negative and significant effect on Poverty Rate. While Total Population and Unemployment have positive and significant effect to Poverty Level.
