Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of resolving cases of violence against learners by teachers in the judiciary and outside the judiciary. The method used is empirical juridical form then examined secondary data gathering followed by examining primary data obtained from the field. To know the process of the settlement of violence against learners by teachers through litigation and non-litigation. To reinforce the elements - elements of Article indicted based on the crime scene, the results of a post mortem and witness testimony - a witness.
