Abstract
Marriage is an important event that occurs in human life. This marriage becomes a bond between a man and a woman who loved each other and has a purpose to foster a household and to have offspring. A marriage based on love with one another does not look at tribes, races or religions. In the implementation of marriage in Indonesia there are several irregularities such as marriage of different religions. Different marriages made by the Indonesian people by applying for dispensation to the court are then married in the presence of officials of the Department of Population and Civil Registry. The results of the Court Decision vary depending on the judge's consideration as the basis for the decision to grant or not to be granted the petition. This different marriage has met the administrative requirements of having a marriage certificate but the marriage of a different religion remains an illegal marriage. Key words : Marriage, Different Marriages, Judges' Considerations.
