Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze about factors who affected the accounting information system performance of BMT TUMANG. The factor-factor is user involvement, training and education programs, personal technic ability, and top management support. The number of sample of this study originally 92 employees, because the samples isn’t returned and complete, then the final become 72 employees. Technic on the research using purposive sampling. Analysis of this research using SPSS 20 program. Methods of analysis using multiple linear regression to test and proof the hypothesis of the study. The research result showed that the user involvement and personal technic ability has no significant effect with accounting information system performance. It is seen from t value > t table and probability > 0,05, while training and education programs also support from the top management support has significant effect with accounting information system performance. It is seen from t value < t table and probability < 0,05.
