Abstract

Background: Fractures that disconnect bone continuity, fracture or fracture of intact bone, which is usually caused by trauma / injury, resulting in pain, muscle loss. Physiotherapy modalities for this condition are by using transcutaneous electrical (TENS) stimuli and exercise therapy. Objective: To know the benefits of Transputaneus modal modulation of electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) and exercise therapy in case of Dextra distal fibular fracture in decreased Pain, increase Muscle Strength and improve Joint Motion Scope. Results: After 6x therapy meeting results (1) reduction of pain from T0 to T6 as measured by VAS scale (Analog Visual Scale), on the ankle joints obtained ie the diameter of T0 0- T6 0, press T0 3- T6 2, Pain Motion T0 5- T6 4, (2) increased muscle strength using MMT (Manual Muscle Testing), obtained result of muscle dorsi flexor T0 4- T6 4+, flexor plantar flexor T0 4- T6 4+, (3) improvement of motion scope The joints using the resulting Goneometer are T0 S: 10 ° -0 ° -20 °, T6 S: 20 ° -0 ° -20 °, T0 F: 15 ° -0 ° - 10 °, T6 20 ° -0 ° - 20 °. Concusion: Physiotherapy management using transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) and exercise therapy on the condition of the distal fibular fracture dextra drops pain, increasing muscle strength and scope of Joints.
