Abstract
Background: Cerebral palsy (CP) is a developmental disorder characterized by a group of motion and postural disorders that occur as a result of lesions in the cerebral motor center and one of the most common reasons for physical disability in childhood. Although the lesions are non-progressive, this disorder greatly affects the child's life early and his impact on the musculoskeletal system changes with the child's growth. Emerging problems may affect children's daily life skills and treatment program planning should support the development of motor functions and goals to facilitate children's participation in activities and adaptation to daily life Purpose: To find out whether there is a benefit in the management of NDT inhibition and therapeutic methods of NDT approach the facilitation method can reduce spasticity and to improve motor function in spastic cerebral palsy patients. Results: After 6 treatments the results obtained (1) fixed spasticity of T1 to T6 as measured by Asworth Scale, Hip, knee, and ankle obtained values of 1, and (2) functional capabilities as measured by GMFM from T1 to T6 were obtained A fixed yield with a value of 56,75%, (3) fixed muscle strength from T1 to T6, measured by X0TR, on shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee and ankle worth X. Conclusion: Physiotherapy management using Neuro Development Treatment (NDT) in Spastic Diptergi Cerebral Palsy conditions in controlling the spasticity level, increasing functional ability, and increasing muscle tone strength have not undergone significant changes. Keywords: Cerebral Palsy Spastic Diplegi, Inhibition, Facilitation, Asworth Scale, Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM).
