Abstract

Solo Baru are in Grogol sub district located on the northern part Sukoharjo. District Solo Baru is a the undergo development which is very fast as the investment in the region. In the development of investment, land values in the region Solo Baru has skyrocketed causing the lyrics Solo Baru many investors although the land price is quite expensive because is an elite area it has got the potential the development of the good. Although including the advanced, yet there was some point in the area which often flooded. This is because the meeting between the Jenes and river Ben gawan S ol o c an’ t flow smoothly when the volume of water rises. Seen from the low the space avaliable in urban areas and the reduced area to filter radiation of heat, so a building from vertical is the right choice to be applied. The addition of green space as an effort to support development of a city must be paid attention to reduce the temperature of hot air. Design of Mixed-use Building is the choice of the type of buildings that are appropriate to reduce the density, with the mall and office that were combined into one unified building. The concept of Green Architecture can help reduce radiation excessive heat arround location and assist in reducing the impact flooding in the region Solo Baru.
