Abstract
Background : Hemiparese dextra is one of advance lavel from stroke that it commonly happened. The purpose of physioteraphy in hemiparese dextra case it to give information and knowledge about hemeparese dextra based on exercise therapy ( active and pasive movement and also breathing exercise). Purpose : To understand the way of pysioterapy in increasing the ability of functional activity, control spastisity, increase joint movement and muscle strength in hemiparese dextra case based on exercise theraphy and breathing exercise. Result : After applied for six times, the result shows increament of the ability of functional activity in eating phase, controled spatisity, increament of muscles strength and joint movement. Conclution : Exercise teraphy and breathing exercise can be used at reference of hemiparese dextra for longterm period.
