Abstract
The aim of this study was to analyze the influence of service, place, and customer satisfaction promotion at d’Emmerick Salatiga Eco Park Hotel, Convention and Camping Ground. This type of research is quantitative. Samples of this research is customer hotel top 100 respondents with sampling technique. Purpose Sampling Methods of data collection using questionares. Data were analyzed regression. Based on the result of the calculation from t test services had significant effect toward consumer satisfaction. While F test indicated consumer variable, location, and promotion togetherly had significant effect toward consumer satisfaction. Coefficient determination R2 service, location, and promotion elaborated toward change variation variable of consumer satisfaction. And elaborated other variable which not include in the research model.
