Abstract

The orphanage serves as a social institution in which everyday life, children cared for, educated, mentored, directed, given affection, provided with everyday needs and given the skills. The purpose of this study is to describe the forms of disciplinary coaching, participation, and describe the obstacles and solutions in discipline training in Orphanage Putri Aisyiyah Karangnyar Orphanage. Naturalistic naturalistic qualitative research type at Orphanage Orphanage Princess Aisyiyah Karanganyar in March-June 2017. The source of this research is daily board and coordinator at Orphanage Putra Aisyiyah Putri Karanganyar. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data validity technique uses data triangulation and method triangulation. Interactive analytical techniques through data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and conclusions. The results of research that (1) forms of disciplinary training in Orphanage Orphanage Princess Aisyiyah Karanganyar in the form of timely prayer, picket on time. (2) Participation of the orphanage children in discipline training in Orphanage Putri Aisyiyah Karangnyar through daily activities, religious coaching and orphanage development in mind, (3) Obstacles and solutions in discipline training in Orphanage Putri Aisyiyah Karangnyar Children Difficult to control, especially when returning to the orphanage, have free will, want to bring HP. Solution from the above obstacles that the board must be active, giving input through religious values/qur'an.
