Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, work discipline, job stress, motivation, and reward on employee performance. This research uses survey method with questionnaire as instrument of data collection. Population in this research is all employee of accounting PT.Air Mancur Surakarta. The sample in this research is taken with saturated sampling technique, that is the entire population is taken as sample. Based on the sampling technique used, obtained 28 respondents. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression model using SPSS version 20.0. The results showed that only the working environment variables that affect employee performance.
