Abstract
ABSTRACT Industrial development leading using sinthetyc dyes widey. One dye that is used is black B. This dye is a synthetic dye that is extremely difficult to degraded nature. White rot fungus Merbabu National Park can be used to degrade or dye decolorization Black B because it produces the enzyme ekstraceluler. Decolorization performed on an agar medium containing a mixture of potato dextrose agar (PDA) and black B with a concentration of 75 mg/L with a time of incubation for 21 days , The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of and length time decolorization of textile colour of black B by white rot fungi isolates from Merbabu Mountain National Park. This research used a method of random complete design with a single factorconsisting of 14 JPP isolates.Each treatment was repeated twice.Parameters measured were clear zone formed and time decolorization. This study was analyzed using qualitative description. The results showed that there were 14 isolates conserted of 10 isolates that can decolorizea black B dye.The decolorization with a high ability is the isolates MB2 Hericium ramosum and MB15 Trichaptum biforme during 6 days with a time of 6 days.
