Abstract

Nanotechnology is a material technology related tocreation of small objects in nano size(one per billion meter) and its use for a more efficient future life. This study was conducted to determine the effect of mechanical collision cycle on bamboo charcoal particle size and them composition. Result obtained from this study is production of nanoparticles 2 million cycles is ±345,9 nm, 3 million cycles is, and 4 million cycles is ±523,3 nm. While from result SEM testing can be seen that the nanoparticles of paricles have been shaped nano and some are still in from of blobs and the most dominant composition is Carbon(C). from the data obtained that the mechanical collision cycle doesn’t affect the production of bamboo charcoal nanoparticles.
