Abstract
Hypertention followed by diabetes melitus is the primary risk factor of various cardiovascular diseases and also one of chronic degenerative disease, thus requiring longterm treatment therapy and substantial amount of costs. As stated before, costs effectiveness analysis on antihypertensive therapy was required to obtained an effective therapy at minimum costs. The aim of this research was to found out an effective costs therapeutic for in-patients and BPJS members that suffering from hypertention with diabetes mellitus complication at RSUD Sukoharjo in 2016. This research is non-experimental research which is done by analyzing data descriptively. The data that used in this research were the medical records and direct medical cost with retrospectively method without giving any intervention. Samples in this research that met inclusion and exclusion as many as 20 patients. Costs effectiveness analysis is done by calculating direct medical cost, calculating the effectiveness of therapy by observing of blood preasure which achieved the target and calculating value of ACER and ICER. According to the result, samples that met inclusion and exclusion as many as 20 patients. The most widely used antihypertensive wasthe combination of Amlodipine and Captopril as many as 11 patients (55%). The most cost-effective antihypertensive therapy was found in third-class by using the combination of antihypertensive Captopril 25 mg and Amlodipine Besylate 5 mg with ACER is Rp 7.705,07, while according to ICER the most effective antyhipertensive therapy was the combinations of Furosemide Injection 10 mg/mL and Amlodipine Besylate 10 mg with value Rp 3.748,84.
