Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of motivation, discipline and job satisfaction on performance of employees of PT Indonesia Pharos. This research is quantitative research. The number of samples that used as many as 100 employees, a data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed there was no influence of motivation on performance of employees of PT Indonesia Pharos. There is the influence of the discipline of work on performance of employees of PT Indonesia Pharos. There is no influence on performance job satisfaction of employees of PT Indonesia Pharos. There is the influence of motivation, job satisfaction and disciplined work simultaneously against the performance of the employees of PT Indonesia Pharos.
