Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know: 1) To determine the effect students' perceptions about pedagogic competence of teachers to accounting learning outcomes in students class X SMK Muhammadiyah 2 North Klaten, 2) To determine the effect of learning readiness to the results of studying accounting Students of class X SMK Muhammadiyah 2 North Klaten, 3) To determine the effect students’ perceptions of pedagogic competence of teachers and readiness of learning to the students' accounting result of class X SMK Muhammadiyah 2 North Klaten, 4) To determine the pedagogic competence of teachers that support student learning outcomes according to student perspective, 5) To determine what types of readiness in improving student learning outcomes according to teacher's perspective. The type of this research is using mixed method of concurrent embedded model of unbalanced mixture) with quantitative descriptive approach of associative. The population in this study are students of class X Accounting SMK Muhammadiyah 2 North Klaten with 95 students. The sample was taken as many as 75 students with proportional random sampling technique. Data obtained through questionnaires, interviews and documentation, which had previously been tested and tested for validity and reliability. Quantitative data analysis techniques used are multiple linier regression analysis, t test, F test while qualitative used is descriptive qualitative analysis. Based on the results of data analysis obtained multiple linear regression equation as follows Y = 77.622 + 0.251 X1 + 0, 263 X2 + ε. The equation shows that students 'perceptions of pedagogical competence of teachers and students' learning readiness affect the learning outcomes. Based on the analysis and discussion can be concluded that: (1) Student perceptions about teacher pedagogic competence influence on learning outcomes. It is proven based on tcount> ttable that is 3.053> 1,993 at 5% significant level, (2) readiness of student influence to result of learning result. It is proved by tcount> ttable that is 3.088> 1,993 at 5% significant level, (3) student perception about pedagogic competence of teacher and readiness of study influence to result learn. This is proven based on fcount> ftable that is 12,683> 3,122 at 5% significant level, (4) From interview result that student perception about pedagogic competence of teacher influence to result of learning, (5) From interview result that high student learning readiness influence to learning outcomes.
