Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of personal factors, organizational factors, and non-organizational factors on organizational commitment on solo branch gojek driver. Samples taken in this research is a driver in the PT. Go-Jek Indonesia. Distributing questionnaires to 75 respondents driver gojek taken by convenience sampling. The analytical method used is the validity, reliability, and test multiple linear regression analysis with t-test, F and coefficient of determination (R2). Hypothesis tests showed the influence of personal factors, organizational factors, and non-organizational factors on organizational commitment have significant influence with t respectively 2,593, 2,793, and 2,148. In the F test showed that together variable personal factors, organizational factors, and organizational factors non significant effect on organizational commitment with a probability value of 0.000 (0.000 <0.05). And the coefficient of determination (R2) of 61.5%
