Abstract

This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis techniques deductive. Results Principals planned eight standard used in the performance, quality, planning the mapping of Human Resources to support the implementation of quality, preparing budgets with respect to the performance, quality, planning development in the field of infrastructure with regard to the implementation of quality. Implementation of quality by Principals implement the policy eight quality standards carefully and full of consequences, send teachers for training related to the use of internet and cyberspace, using training curriculum, training, scouting, training, library management, sending teachers to carry out the study further kejenjang undergraduate suitably qualified teachers implement various activities in accordance with the budget planned activities, carry out procurement of LCD projectors, implementing Procurement library room. constraints in the implementation of quality by Principals mengetahuai not all teachers about the performance, quality, lack of follow up by the teacher when returning from training, the budget you have madrassas as capital limited the performance, quality of BOS, in the procurement of LCD projectors constrained funding.
