Abstract

Sectio caesarea is a surgical technique for childbirth through an incision in the abdominal wall and uterus. Breastfeeding is the process of feeding the baby or young child with breast milk of the breast. Exclusive breastfeeding is ideal for babies in the first six months, but low practice. Nutrients are substances contained in the food. There are no contraindications nutrients after childbirth. Nutrition education is a combination of education strategy, along with the support of the environment, which is designed to facilitate the choice of foods and other foods. Based on the initial survey of 5 breastfeeding mothers say there are 3 mothers who do not know about the nutritional needs of breastfeeding mothers and breast milk that came out just slightly. Methods used writer is by using descriptive method with case study that the scientific method is to collect data, analyze the data and draw conclusions data. The results of the research obtained knowledge of the author of the deficit being caused because lack of knowledge about nutritional needs of the breastfeeding mothers. The intervention authors include: reviewing the level of client knowledge about the nutritional needs of breastfeeding mothers, explain to clients about the importance of nutrition in breastfeeding mothers, explain to client the various nutrients needed in breastfeeding mothers, describe in clients due to unfulfilled nutrition during breastfeeding, motivated clients to meet nutrition during breastfeeding.
