Abstract

Background: Pain is one of the symptoms experienced by patients who experience fractures. Femoral collum fractures are fractures or fractures in the thighs and the neck is most often fractured, due to the narrowest part and weak and is located on the corner of the real against the load-bearing line. Objectives: Some nursing plans that can be given in managing pain is to teach non-pharmacological techniques. One of the non-pharmacological techniques that can be done is with deep breathing techniques. Deep breathing relaxation technique is to reduce the pain by relaxing muscle tension. The purpose of this scientific publication is that the writer can know the general idea of nursing care with fracture collum femur sinistraand report on non-pharmacological measures that can be done in the treatment of pain in patients Mr. A. Methods: In this scientific paper preparation method used by writer is descriptive method with case study approach where in obtaining the data the witer conducted interviews to patients and families, make observations, conduct a physical exam and look at the record of the development of the medical records of patients which performed for 3 days starting from assessment through to evaluation. Conclusion: Giving breath relaxation techniques in the Tn.A patients with femoral collum fractures sinistra that is effective in decreasing pain has been demonstrated, patients say the pain is reduced and more comfortable after deep breathing relaxation. Suggestion: It is expected that this scientific publication can be used as a recommendation to reducing pain in patients with with fracture collum femur sinistra.
